Welcome to Loc’d N Faded SLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and expectations for all appointments, payments, and interactions with our studio. By booking, visiting, or receiving services, you agree to the policies listed on this page.
1. Appointments
All services are by appointment only. Appointments must be booked through our online booking system. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.
We encourage you to book early to secure your preferred date and time.
2. Deposits
Some services require a deposit to reserve an appointment. Deposits are collected during booking and are applied toward the final balance of your service.
Deposits are not refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by Loc’d N Faded SLC.
You may reschedule one time without losing your deposit.
If you reschedule a second time, the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required.
3. Cancellations and No Shows
Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations inside 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged the full service amount.
Clients who do not show for their appointment will also be charged the full price and must pay a new deposit before scheduling another service.
4. Late Arrival Policy
A ten minute grace period is allowed. A $10 late fee applies after ten minutes.
At fifteen minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited, in order to respect the next scheduled client.
5. Payment Policy
Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept:
Cash
Debit and credit cards
Apple Pay
Google Pay
All deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
6. Service Expectations
We aim to provide clean, precise, and professional results for every client. To ensure the best possible outcome:
Book the correct service for your needs
Arrive with clean, product free hair unless the service includes a wash
Communicate any concerns before your service begins
Follow any aftercare instructions provided to you
Loc’d N Faded SLC reserves the right to adjust or decline a service if the hair is not in the proper condition for the appointment that was booked.
7. Refund Policy for Services
All services are final sale. We do not offer refunds for completed work.
If you have an issue with your haircut, loc maintenance, retie, or any service, contact us within 24 hours. We may offer an adjustment based on the situation and professional judgment.
8. Guests and Children
Guests and children are welcome. All visitors must remain respectful and supervised at all times. Behavior that disrupts the environment or other clients may result in removal from the studio.
9. Health and Safety
We prioritize a clean and safe environment. Services may be declined if there are concerns about scalp conditions, irritation, or sanitation.
If you are experiencing any irritation or discomfort during your service, please inform us immediately.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Loc’d N Faded SLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client who displays unsafe, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior. This includes repeated policy violations.
11. Changes to Policies
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time to reflect new procedures or requirements. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
