We understand life happens! However, a $10 late fee applies after 10 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited to respect the next client’s time.

 What if the salon cancels my appointment?

If we ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new appointment date of your choice.

What if I’m running late?

Yes! You may reschedule one time without losing your deposit. If you need to reschedule a second time, your first deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Deposits are only refundable if your appointment is cancelled by us. If you cancel or fail to show, the deposit is forfeited.

 Is my deposit refundable?

Yes. All Loc services require a deposit to confirm your appointment. Deposits help hold your spot and go toward your final service balance.

Do I need to pay a deposit to book?

All services are by appointment only. You can book directly through our online booking system to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are not accepted at this time.

What happens if I cancel my appointment?

All cancellations forfeit the deposit paid.
 If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you’ll be charged the full price of your scheduled service.

Can I bring guests or children to my appointment?

Yes! Guests are welcome to accompany you to your appointment, and children are always welcome. We offer kid-friendly activities to help keep little ones entertained while you’re being serviced. We simply ask that all guests remain respectful of the space and other clients during their visit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for all services and products. Please note that payment is due at the end of your service, and deposits must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive on time with clean, product-free hair unless instructed otherwise for your specific service. This helps us provide the best results and stay on schedule.

Do you accept tips or gratuity?

Yes! Gratuity is always appreciated but never required. You may leave tips in cash, through card payment, Apple Pay, or Google Pay — whichever is most convenient for you.
